IDW collected the first 3 issues of Batman-Maxx, to remind fans what the story was, then they'll publish issues  the long awaited issues 4 & 5.

I've posted this cover before, but I figured you might like to see the final version with the word balloons.

"Pillar" Maxx Cover

The Maxx covers I did for IDW reprints were sorta hit & miss.  Somewhere were cool.  Others were just downright awful.  Creativity is a mixed bag.

I don't mean this to sound arrogant,

but I don't think this one turn out too shabbily.

I even made sure my signature (mostly) avioded covering Maxx's claw.

Here's two different versions of the same Batman-Maxx cover, based on some suggestions made by the editor.

No right or wrong here, just thought I'd throw up both versions for fun.

Sorry, a 'couple of weeks' turned into a whole month, but I'm back up and running again.  Will try to throw up more *new* things in future posts . . . but given all that's happening, I'm a lot slower these days, so we'll see.
